Create Article from CSV File
Talla allows you to create a knowledge base article of question:answer pairs by uploading a CSV file. Here's how:
- Click the New Page button from the Talla web app
- From the pop up window, click on "import FAQs from a CSV file"
- Then, upload a CSV file that is formatted with only two columns. The first column is the question, and the second column contains corresponding answers.
