I have, or had an account in Talla but cannot log in.
Your account may be disabled. It is possible that an administrator at your organization disabled your profile to make room for additional licenses, or reformat your organization's groups and users.
Please contact your organization's Talla administrator for additional assistance.

Why is Talla chat appearing offline?
Sometimes, this can be experienced when using the Internet Explorer browser. Talla is optimized for use with Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Chrome web browsers. If you are using Internet Explorer, please try to log in using one of these browsers listed above and re-test Talla chat.
If the issue persists, please contact your organization's Talla administrator for additional assistance, as this may require technical support.
