Logging into Talla

How do I log into Talla?

To log into the Talla web application, first, navigate your web browser to https://assistant.talla.com. 

Hint: if your organization has configured SSO, and does not authenticate through Slack or Microsoft Teams, have your Talla administrator point you in the right direction.  

Once you have navigated to the Talla login page, you can log in via one of the following methods:

1. Generate a login link by typing in your email address and clicking Continue.  A login link will be sent to your inbox.
2. Authenticate through Slack or MS Teams by clicking the appropriate button on the landing page and follow the system prompts.  

If you are experiencing challenges logging in, please contact your Talla administrator.

How long does my log-in link last?

When you generate a link to log into Talla, that link will be active for 15 minutes until it is used to log in.  Once you use that link to log into Talla, your session will remain active until left idle for one week. After one week of inactivity, your session will expire and you will need to generate a new log-in link.
